Major field of research: Immune response to bacteriophage as it relates to phage therapy trials. Phage pharmacokinetics and phage effects on mammalian systems and cells. Molecular determinants of bacteriophage interaction with immune system elements, phage pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, safety, and phage antibacterial potential in animals and humans.
