Poster Presentation
- Poster Sessions will take place at afternoon breaks on 4-5 November. Posters Sessions will be on display in two shifts for the duration of the Congress. Please refer to the scientific programme for more details on the session timing.
- Poster board number will be announced on the website.
- Please make sure to check the online schedule regularly for updates as changes may occur.
- Please note that the placing and removal times for the posters should be as follows:

| Tuesday 5 November 2024 | 09:30 to 18:00 | Posters to be removed at 18:00 |
You are required to be present next to your poster at the following times:

- The Organisers are not responsible for loss of any posters that have not been removed by time mentioned above.
- The poster board orientation is PORTRAIT.
- The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 70cm wide x 90cm high.
- The poster title and authors, as stated on the submitted abstract, should be placed at the top of the poster.
- The text, images, graphs etc. should be large enough to be read from a distance of two metres.
- Before printing, please double-check the dimensions with your print service provider to avoid low print quality.
- Please note that you are required to print and bring your own poster.
- Materials for mounting of posters will be provided by the ICC and staff will be available to assist you at the designated Poster helpdesk at the Congress venue.
